Hugo Real

Hugo Real specialises in political communication, having developed and implemented various campaigns in Portugal, and a seasoned track record in crisis management and training. In the Institutional, Corporate and Financial field, he has developed communication strategies and accompanied clients from various sectors, with a special emphasis on real estate, energy, public, banking, and insurance.

He began his career more than 20 years ago as a professional journalist. He joined CV&A as a director in 2018. With a degree in Social Communication, he began his career at the Público newspaper, later joining Meios & Publicidade and Diário Económico. In 2010, he was invited to join Correio da Manhã, where he worked as a journalist, editor and editor-in-chief. As a journalist, he specialised in areas such as media, telecommunications, technology, tourism, energy, sport and culture.
