Francisco Carvalho

Francisco Proença de Carvalho is a communications professional with over four years of experience, having started his career at one of Portugal’s largest banks. He joined H/Advisors CV&A in 2024, where he works with a range of clients across the financial, political, and energy sectors.

He holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate qualification in Public Relations from the School of Communication and Media Studies. His multidisciplinary background combines extensive experience in Public Affairs, Strategic Communication and Media Relations.
